Spiced Fried Fish

INGREDIENTS
  •    1 lb. Swai or Catfish

  •    1/2 cup Not Joe Mama's Bay 2.0  or Original Sauce

  •    1 cup flour

  •    2 eggs

  •    12 oz. beer

  •    2 tbs baking powder

  1. Combine & mix flour, Not Joe Mama's Sauce, eggs, beer, and baking powder.

  2. Pat fish dry.

  3. Dredge in flour.

  4. Dip in beer batter.

  5. Pan fry in oil, turn once, sprinkle with salt.

  6. Enjoy!
